Job Responsibilities:
• Compile project plan and monitor the project.

• Coordinate with the Project Manager in relation to updating project progress and project plans.

4. Project Manager

Job Responsibilities :
• Managing project resources such as: Budget, HR, Equipment and Project equipment.
• Managing project costs, quality and schedule, and ensure there are no work accidents in the project.
• Reviews and make project progress reports, so that they are in accordance with the specified time limit, and inform the project progress to customers
• Responsible for all commercial and technical aspects related to contracts and amendments when the project starts until completion.

Requirement :
• Male, max 52 years old
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Power) or equivalent

Job Responsibilities :
• Reviewing the process of Supplier Sourcing, Tender, Clarification, Bid Tabulation, Negotiation, and Winner Recommendation to PO Issuance
• Receiving, Register PR
• Ensuring that the search process and assessment of the Supplier are going well
• Learning and clarifying as needed with the User
• Understand electrical and instrument, subcontract services.
• Helping determine the evaluation results of Vendor / Subcont those that are in accordance with the request
• Coordinate with the expediter to ensure that items purchased have arrived on request

Requirement :
• Max 40 years
• S1 Engineering
• Have min. 3 years of experience with the same position in EPCI, Fabrication Company

Job Responsibilities :
• Coordinate and control the implementation of the HR function and ensure that everything works according to policies, systems and work plans that have been prepared or set.
• Manage all HR activities (Manpower planning/People development/Compensation & benefits etc)
• Reviewing the Annual Performance Appraisal
• Developing a system to help enforce Company Regulations and other policies
• Ensuring employees understand all company regulations and comply with them
• Controlling the amount and quality of human resources needed through the recruitment process

Job Role Summary :

This position is responsible to safely operate CPF Production Facility in Banyu Urip field Block Cepu including other associated support facilities such as utilities, RWI and RWB in a safe, efficient & environmentally responsible manner, according to operating procedures, company guideline and government regulations. This position also ensures and establishes a safe work environment for all activities .

Qualifications :

  • A minimum of high school graduate or equivalent, preferably enhanced by related technical school course.
  • 2-3 years of well operation or crude oil processing plant or other production operation experiences.

 

 

 

2. Electrical Technician

Job Role Summary

The Electrical Technician is responsible for performing electrical equipment maintenance on the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner to ensure that the equipment complies with the defined standards and regulatory requirements. The tasks include Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).

Expected Qualifications

  • A minimum of Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 (five) years as electrical technician in oil and gas or petrochemical industries
  • General computing skills (Microsoft word, excel, and preferably SAP)
  • Strong electrical equipment troubleshooting and diagnostic experiences (MV and LV switchgear, UPS, battery system, VFD, HVAC).
  • Preferably has experience in commissioning of electrical equipment.
  • Preferably RCFA trained.

3. Instrument & Control Technician

Job Role Summary

The Instrument & Control (I&C) Technician is responsible for maintaining field instrument, DCS/SIS/FGS, safety/control valves, and specialty equipment (analyzers, measurement) on the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner to ensure that the equipment complies with the defined standards and regulatory requirements. The tasks include Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).

Expected Qualifications

  • A minimum of Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 5 (five) years as I&C technician in oil and gas or petrochemical industries
  • General computing skills (Microsoft word, excel, and preferably SAP)
  • Strong I&C equipment troubleshooting and diagnostic experiences (field instrument, DCS/SIS/FGS, and safety/control valves).
  • Preferably has experience in analyzers and measurement equipment.
  • Preferably has experience in commissioning of I&C equipment.
  • Preferably RCFA trained.

 

4. Mechanical Technician

Job Role Summary

The Mechanical Technician is responsible for maintaining mechanical and rotating equipment on the facility in a safe and environmentally sound manner to ensure that the equipment complies with the defined standards and regulatory requirements. The tasks include Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM).

Expected Qualifications

  • A minimum of Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 (ten) years as mechanical technician in oil and gas or petrochemical industries
  • General computing skills (Microsoft word, excel, and preferably SAP)
  • Strong rotating equipment troubleshooting and diagnostic experiences (turbine, centrifugal compressor, screws compressor, reciprocating compressors, centrifugal and positive displacement pumps, and mechanical seal system).
  • Preferably has experience in machinery rotor balancing.
  • Preferably has experience in commissioning and start-up of rotating equipment.
  • Preferably RCFA trained.
