1. Lifting Planner

Tanggung Jawab :

 

  • Memastikan semua berjalan sesuai dengan prosedur
  • Melakukan review rencana pengembangan lifting dengan masing masing Subcon lifting engineer
  • Bertanggung jawab atas pemilihan peralatan lifting, procurement dan memastikan semua peralatan lifting sesuai dengan standard yang berlaku
  • Mengatur pemeliharaan dan sertifikasi peralatan lifting
  • Memastikan elemen-elemen penting keselamatan tetap terjaga
  • Untuk menetapkan rencana lifting atau JSA dan penilaian risiko

 

Persyaratan :

 

  • Pendidikan minimal sarjana Teknik / Teknik Sipil / Teknik Mesin
  • Minimal memiliki pengalaman 5 Tahun Peralatan Berat diperusahaan Minyak dan Gas
  • Mahir dalam berbahasa Inggris, Mahir Bahasa Mandari menjadi nilai tambah
  • Mahir menggunakan AutoCAD
  • Memiliki Sertifikat MIGAS - Crane Inspector
  • Memiliki Sertifikat LCP dari OPITO / LEEA / Sparrow / NSL / CITB
  • Mampu memahami tenik dan prinsip penggambaran
  • Terbiasa dengan Peralatan Lifting
  • Mampu merencanakan dan mengatur load pekerjaan
  • Mahir menggunakan Ms. Office
  • Mampu berkomunikasi dengan baik

 

2. Quantity Surveyor

Responsibilities

 

  • Taking-off quantities and Pricing for Tender / Quotations;
  • Execution of general Contracts Administration duties;
  • Evaluate and compare Subcontractors' quotations;
  • Prepare and monitor Project Budget;
  • Preparation of Subcontracting and Purchases Document;
  • Prepare and monitor Progress Claims and Subcontractor Payment;
  • Prepare and update Claims/ Costing/ Budget and Payment Receipt monthly.

 

Requirements :

 

  • Diploma in related field is an advantage
  • Minimum 1 years of experience as quantity surveyor in a construction industry
  • Fresh graduate will be considered
  • Skills and Knowledge requirements
  • Able to use Microsoft Office, CCS PO/ WO Module is preferred
  • Able to write reports and Presentation
  • Basic knowledge in Cost Management and Control Techniques;
  • Fluency in English or Mandarin is a must
  • Good negotiation skills

 

3. Logistic Supervisor

Job Description :

 

  • Planning and process management for purchasing
  • Logistics management for purchasing
  • Warehouse management

 

Requirements:

 

  • Minimum bachelor degree
  • Have logistic management professional knowledge
  • Can work under great pressure
  • Can operate Ms. Office software
  • Have three years or more experience working in logistics/purchasing
  • Have experience working with a foreign construction company
  • Fluency in English

 

4. Site Material Controller

Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare documents for material approval
  • Responsible for overall site procurement and generate with Logistic and generate PO for suppliers with purchasing in HO
  • Forecast and coordinate with Logistic & Supply Chain for the Company's projects
  • Plan and coordinate with the team of Logistic on shipment delivery schedules
  • Monitor and coordinate with Warehouse controller for warehouse stock and stock arrangement
  • Perform administrative activities in support of the supply chain department
  • Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

 

Requirements :

 

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
  • Required skill(s) MS Office
  • At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position. It will be an added advantage for those who have experience in contruction and oil and gas industry
  • Have knowledge and skill for material and warehouse management
  • Must be a team player, highly motivated and good self-initiative
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Meticulous, systematic and good time management

 

5. Accountant

Job Description :

 

  • Pembuatan invoice & penagihan (AR)
  • Membuat laporan AR
  • Menyusunan laporan keuangan bulanan
  • Melakukan input data laporan keuangan

 

Requirements:

 

  • Pendidikan minimal S1 Akuntansi
  • Fasih berbahasa inggris
  • Diutamakan yang bisa berbahasa Mandarin
  • Memiliki loyalitas dan integritas tinggi
  • Kompeten, cermat, teliti
  • Fresh Graduate dipersilahkan melamar

 

6. HRD Staff

Job Descriptions :

  • Handling the HR administration.
  • Helping with the recruitment process.
  • Making SOP (if needed).
  • Handling head office absence.
  • Handling payroll.

 

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Bachelor Degree from any background (Psychology or Law will be an advantage).
  • Understand about SOP, labor law, and payroll.
  • Fluency in English (especially in speaking).
  • Able to operate MS Office especially Excel.
  • Willing to learn, a fast learner, organized, and have a good initiative.
  • Have a good communication skill and able to work in a team or individually.
  • Preferably have an experience working in HR department minimum 1 year. But fresh graduate will be considered. 

 

7. Legal Supervisor

Job Description

 

  • Taking care of company document permissions & legal document preparation.
  • Handling legal issues especially regarding litigation.
  • Handle employee illegal cases such as improper resignation, crime, drugs, gamble, company rules abuse
  • Filling all data licensing company.
  • Conduct legal opinion review and enter into contract of cooperation agreement with other legal entity.
  • Helps to settle court cases in court for land issues.
  • Provide legal advise to management when necessary.
  • Extension of owned company's land assets.
  • Licensing: TDP Extension, NPWP, API creation. Domicile, Other related documents
  • Review proposed SOP making / changes related to legality.
  • Guarding new rules or regulations (new law related to company business).
  • Create a working planning Legal Department.
  • Division of subordinate delegation tasks and assessment of subordinate work.

Requirements

 

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree, Master's Degree in Law or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): English
  • At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Detail oriented.
  • Computer literate.
  • Required Skill(s): Corporate Legal, Legal Documentation, Legal Management, Legal Advice, Commercial Contract/Agreement
  • Experienced in Corporate Legal is an added value.

Requirements :

  • Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor) specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
  • Have SIO Telehandler Certificate ( Migas )
  • Have SIM B2
  • Have OPITO Certified ( Banksman Slinging )
